What does a successful Technical User Experience Design - Sr Advisor II do at Fiserv?
A successful Technical User Experience Design - Sr Advisor II leads user-centered design work that advances digital product experiences and supports strategic enterprise UX initiatives. This role drives continuity, accountability, and long-term design system maturity while helping teams translate user needs into intuitive, consistent solutions. Success in this position also strengthens organizational stability, enables innovation, and supports future-focused experience strategy.

What you will do?

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for digital products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and apply insights to improve the overall user experience.
  • Mentor junior UX designers and team members while driving innovation and consistency across platforms.

What you must have?

  • 8+ years of experience in user experience design.
  • 4+ years of experience using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • 4+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
  • 4+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies.

What would be nice to have?

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 1+ years of experience designing for web applications.
  • 1+ years of experience designing for mobile applications.
