If you’re ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we’d like to know: Are you FIS?

About the Team:
The Embedded Finance team is building the next generation of financial services experiences that allow banks, fintechs, software providers, and commercial businesses to seamlessly access banking capabilities within the applications they use every day. Our mission is to transform financial services from standalone products into embedded, workflow-driven experiences that help businesses manage accounts, payments, cards, cash flow, financial operations, and treasury activities without leaving their preferred software platforms.

We operate like an internal startup within a global financial technology organization, partnering across product, engineering, architecture, sales, operations, and strategic partners to bring new platforms, integrations, and revenue opportunities to market. The team tackles complex challenges involving API ecosystems, ERP integrations, commercial banking, payments, regulatory requirements, customer experience, and large-scale platform modernization.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize client, market, and competitive insights.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver product enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance using data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Drive product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Support business cases, product positioning, pricing considerations, and commercialization efforts.
  • Ensure products meet applicable regulatory, risk, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communicate roadmap priorities and results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Experience managing products, product features, or digital solutions in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Strong product management skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements definition.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to use data, metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and guide improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting commercial banking, treasury, payments, lending, or financial technology products.
  • Knowledge of product analytics, customer journey mapping, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar product delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working with regulatory, risk, privacy, and information security requirements.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or similar product management credentials.

What We Offer you:
At FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it. Here’s what else we offer:

  • Personal and professional learning
  • Inclusive, diverse work environment
  • Resources to give back to your community
